Gardenaire creates exciting flavors that are hand-crafted using organically grown ingredients. Our series of classes at Forager will cover our shrubs (drinking vinegars), infused syrups, signature spice blends and loose-leaf teas and tisanes. Our second session will spotlight our syrups.
Our syrups are infused with organic herbs, fruits and spices and showcase the true flavors of our exceptional ingredients. Infused syrups provide an easy way to add vibrant, fresh flavors to your favorite drinks - cocktails, sparkling wines or sodas, lemonade, iced tea or coffee. Our syrups also offer an exciting burst of flavor basted as marinades, whisked into vinaigrettes, or drizzled over ice cream, cake, yogurt or fresh fruit.
During this session, we will explore some of the many ways that you can create exceptional flavors by using infused syrups in your favorite recipes.

- samples of syrup recipes including our To Catch a Thief cocktail, Baked Brie with Rummy Fig + Fennel Syrup, Brandied Apple + Tarragon Icing over Cinnamon bites and more
