3 Tbsp Gardenaire shrub
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/3 c extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt, fresh ground pepper and/or Gardenaire spice blend
In a small bowl, whisk together Gardenaire shrub and mustard. Add salt and pepper and/or your favorite Gardenaire spice blend. Slowly drizzle olive oil into mixture while whisking to emulsify. Serve over salad.
