Join Chef Vincenzo for a traditional Tuscan Harvest Dinner. We'll kick off the evening with a special cocktail feature created by Amy and Linda at Gardenaire followed by a menu of traditional Tuscan fare. The menu for the evening features a beautiful Sformato di Zucchini, this is a traditional zucchini souffle covered with a sauce made of cherry tomatoes and zucchini. Next, we will have a hearty rustic Tuscan harvest soup called Ribollita made with white beans, kale, autumn vegetables and bread. The evening will end with Vincenzo's traditional Tiramisu, made with creamy marscapone, ladyfingers soaked in espresso and brandy topped off with a dusting of cocoa. Forager's hand crafted beers or wine are available to purchase during the evening as well. Join us for a festive evening together celebrating the traditional foods of Tuscany.
