Join Vincenzo for an evening in Abruzzo. Tonight will feature traditional dishes from southern Italy, where he is originally from. A special cocktail will be featured from Gardenaire to kick off our evening. Dinner will start with Pallotte Cace e Ova, which is a fried cheese ball served in tomato sauce. Next, he will make Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Ragu sauce. For dessert, we will feature Pizzelle alla Nutella, this is a heart-shaped waffle with chocolate hazelnut spread. All of the recipes featured are family recipes directly from Vincenzo's home in the mountains of Abruzzo.
Note: We can adapt the sauce to be vegetarian for those requesting it that evening.
