The Root Cellar's Vintage Living Lessons @ Forager

Preserve that fruit harvest to enjoy year-round! All you need to know to do your own water bath canning at home to make your own jams, jellies, and preserves. We’ll make a batch of jam together with urban homesteading expert Diane Lutzke and Forager Head Chef Erik Paulsen will give us about 100 different ideas for using it without even mentioning toast! We’ll celebrate our new found knowledge by sampling jam-tinis and vintage cocktails with special help from Gardenaire extraordinaire Amy Lorber.
