1 French baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
5 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Gardenaire Tomato + Basil shrub
16 whole basil leaves, chiffonade
1 1/2 tsp Gardenaire Under the Tuscan Sun spice blend
1/2 large garlic clove
Preheat oven to 450 F. Brush both sides of bread slices with 3 Tbsp of the oil and bake on baking sheet, turning once, until golden (about 5 min). In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, remaining 2 Tbsp oil, shrub and spice blend and stir to combine. Add sea salt to taste. Rub top of each piece of bread with garlic, top with tomato mixture and serve.
